The only winery in Nassau, Bahama Barrels Graycliff Bahamas is worth a visit even if you’re not a wine connoisseur. It’s proximity to other attractions makes it the perfect stop to add to your Nassau itinerary.
Bahama Barrels Graycliff Bahamas is the first and only winery in Nassau. Located in Graycliff Heritage Village, the winery is easy to reach, no matter how long you’re in the capital. And with a unique blend of flavors in each tasting and proximity to several other attractions, visiting Graycliff Nassau is something you’ll want to do.
Bahama Barrels is located within the Graycliff Heritage Village
The Graycliff Hotel & Restaurant is one of the oldest buildings on the island. Constructed in 1740 by a pirate captain, the building changed hands several times over the centuries. In 1973, it became the luxury hotel it is today.
The hotel operates the surrounding area called the Graycliff Nassau Heritage Village, where you’ll find Bahama Barrels Graycliff Bahamas. Whether you’re in Nassau for the afternoon or are staying there for a week, getting there is easy.
From the cruise ship terminal, it’ll take you ten minutes to walk to Graycliff. One of the perks of going there is that the Graycliff Hotel & Restaurant is just outside of the area where the majority of tourists tend to congregate.

Most of the attractions in the village are open seven days a week, from 9 am to 5 pm. The same goes for Bahama Barrels Graycliff Bahamas.
Graycliff Bahamas is on West Hill Street in Downtown Nassau. All of the main attractions in the Heritage Village are there, so you won’t have to worry about needing to walk far to get from place to place once you arrive.
Outside of Bahama Barrels Graycliff Bahamas and the Heritage Village, you’ll find many other exciting attractions. From history and culture to scenic vistas, make sure to do a walking tour of Nassau Old Town before leaving the island.
