Nassau rum cake boxes are the perfect gifts for people back home.
The Rum Cake Factory Nassau is a small shop, being little more than a room. That said, there are still quite a few things to see and enjoy while you’re there.
Cake boxes occupy most of the store’s floor space, but before committing to any flavor, make sure to try some of the free samples on the counter. They can help you make the very important decision of what cakes to take home.
Inside the store, you’ll see a large window into one of the shop’s backrooms. There, you can see workers preparing and boxing the cakes. While watching them won’t teach you the recipes (those are top-secret), it’s still enjoyable to get a behind-the-scenes look into the world of rum cake production.
If you’re looking for a nearby destination that gives you insight into the production of rum itself, make sure to check out John Watling’s Distillery. It’s another Nassau highlight!
